Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Richard Kelly (44) who was reported missing from Clonroche, Co. Wexford on Friday 13th February 2026.
Richard is described as being approximately 5 foot 7 inch in height, with a slight build, and grey hair.
Richard was last seen wearing a high-visibility jacket, jeans and wellies in the early morning of Friday 13th February 2026.
Gardaí and Richard’s family are concerned for his well-being.
